Connect with RingCentral to automatically log call details and audio within the client record in Builder Prime!

Connecting with RingCentral

The initial connection is made by navigating to Admin > Integrations > Dialers. Click the button to enable RingCentral and follow the prompts to connect your account.

You can also allow RingCentral to automatically load the client record in Builder Prime when receiving an inbound call from that lead or customer. First, copy the URL found on the RingCentral integration page in Builder Prime. From there, open the RingCentral app on your computer and head over to Settings > Phone. Scroll down to the setting for "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls paste the URL in the field labeled "Enter command:"

How it Works

Once the integration is connected, call activity will be logged in Builder Prime under the Client Activity section as long as the phone numbers match between the two systems.

Clicking into one of the call entries will populate a window that provides additional detail as well as the call recording, which can be opened within Builder Prime and listened to.

If you've allowed RingCentral to automatically load client records, it will open a new tab directly to the client record in Builder Prime when you receive a call.

  • If that client does not yet exist in Builder Prime, you will be prompted to create a new client record.
  • If there are multiple records with the same phone number, you will be able to select which client you're speaking with.
  • If there are multiple opportunities within one client record, you will be taken to the most recent opportunity.
