Overview of Integrations

Builder Prime has many integrations allowing information to be synced from multiple sources. Examples include syncing your Gmail (or Google Workspace) account and Google Calendar, and using Zapier or the open API to generate leads automatically

 

In addition to syncing from external sources, you’ll be able to accept credit card, debit card, or ACH payments by integrating with our electronic payment processor. Head to Admin > Integrations to get started!

Gmail (or Google Workspace) integration:

Builder Prime has two integrations with Gmail or Google Workspace. One for sending emails (one-way sync), and another for receiving emails (two-way sync). 

For sending emails:

Connecting your Gmail or Google Workspace email address for sending emails will allow any emails that you send in Builder Prime to be sent using your actual email account instead of @mail.builderprime.com address.

When emails are sent using your Gmail account, those emails will appear in the sent folder of your connected Gmail account as well as in Builder Prime. Additionally, the email recipients will see the email as coming from your Gmail (or Google Workspace) email address, just as if you had sent the email directly.

For importing client emails:

This connection will request access to read your emails in your Google Workspace account. This permission is requested in order to look for emails to and from your clients that you set up in Builder Prime and import those emails into Builder Prime so you can see all communications with your client in one location, even if it was sent/received only in your connected Gmail account. 

*Note: Importing client emails is only available for Google Workspace users, and will not work with standard @gmail.com addresses. The organization's administrator will need to white-list the Builder Prime app to connect. Follow the instructions on Admin > Integrations

Google Calendar:

Integrating with your Google Calendar is a two-way sync, so that any meetings/events created in your Google Calendar will appear within your sales calendar within Builder Prime, and vice versa, where any meetings created within Builder Prime will automatically populate on your Google Calendar. 

Outlook Calendar:

Integrating with your Outlook Calendar will be a two-way sync, meaning that any of the meetings existing in your Outlook Calendar will sync into your Builder Prime sales calendar, and any of the meetings you add into your sales calendar within Builder Prime will also sync to your Outlook Calendar.

SMS:

With the SMS integration in Builder Prime, you are able to send and receive messages straight through your Builder Prime. This allows you to set up text messaging campaigns to reach leads and prospects all through your CRM. To enable SMS, you can choose a phone number or port an existing number and enable SMS to start the application process.

Lead Generation:

Builder Prime also integrates with several Lead Generation softwares to ensure that leads are patched into your CRM quickly and seamlessly without any manual components. Here are a few of those integrations:

  • Porch
  • Remodeling.com 

Photo & Measurement Tools:

Builder Prime integrates with a few different photo and measurement tools to ensure a seamless sync of images or measurements into existing projects within Builder Prime.

  • CompanyCam - The integration with CompanyCam is a two-way sync, meaning you not only can link your projects between Builder Prime and CompanyCam and view them on both platforms but you can also add annotations, markups, or comments to photos on either platform and they will sync through.
  • Eagleview - Builder Prime integrates seamlessly with Eagleview to incorporate measurements from Eagleview into your projects within Builder Prime. Additionally, it retrieves reports from Eagleview and integrates them into your Price Book in Builder Prime.
  • Hover - Builder Prime's integration with Hover allows you to capture imagery and build 3D models within the Hover application that sync directly to your project details and dashboard within Builder Prime.

Financing:

For our clients who offer financing options to their customers, Builder Prime has partnerships with GreenSky and Wisetack, so that you can facilitate financing straight through your CRM! Once these integrations are set up, customers can apply for financing and view monthly rates through the platform.

ProVia:

Effortlessly import ProVia orders into Builder Prime using our integration. Connect your account, and the integration functionality ensures all order details seamlessly transfer to your Builder Prime Price Book estimate. All of your order details can be displayed on the estimate and the only requirement is one-user authentication.

QuickBooks:

Builder Prime offers integrations with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. This relationship between Builder Prime and Quickbooks eliminates the need for double entry and mitigates the risk of duplicates due to the automatic sync of customers, contracts, invoices, and payments over to QuickBooks.

Zapier Integration:

Builder Prime integrates with Zapier so that you can automatically create new leads or client records in Builder Prime from thousands of other apps in the Zapier ecosystem. Open API Secret Keys: 

Builder Prime is capable of integrating with any other application to automate the setup of new leads into the CRM. Learn more about leveraging the Open API HERE

Electronic Payment Processing:

Accepting electronic payments is a breeze with our built-in payment processor. You can get started with just a few clicks, by creating a merchant account with Builder Prime Payments. Once created, you'll be able to send invoices electronically and accept Credit/Debit card payments.
