Lead Performance (Month over Month) Report

View a monthly breakdown of the data found in the Lead Performance Report.

Builder Prime's Lead Performance (Month over Month) report allows you to easily identify trends across sales reps, lead sources, project types, lead setters, and classes. This takes the data from the Lead Performance Report and shows a monthly breakdown. The data can be viewed in table format or graph format.

The report can be found under Admin > Reports. 

Once the report is open, you can choose the time period you'd like to run the report for. We have preset options for the previous years, or a custom date range can be selected. Once the date range is selected, click "Run" to generate the report. Once generated, select which breakdown you'd like to look at, and toggle between tables and charts for different views.

When looking at the charts, there is the option to filter the data so it only shows certain reps, project types, classes, or lead sources.

Each chart and table is broken down by milestone, so you're able to view the trends for new opportunities, appointments set, leads issued, demos, and jobs sold as well as net sales per lead issued.
