How to use Quick Scheduler

This article walks through how to set up and use Builder Prime's Quick Scheduler feature.

 

Creating Appointment Slots

Before using Quick Scheduler, you'll want to set up appointment slots on the calendar using the instructions outlined here. 

Using Quick Scheduler

Once the appointment slots are set up, the next time you need to schedule an appointment you'll click "Quick Scheduler" in the client record. Input the customer's preferences for the call and click the button to load available time slots.

Choose the time slot that works best for the customer and confirm selection. If checked, this will also automatically assign the selected sales rep to the opportunity.
