How to set up the GreenSky Integration

Customers can now finance their Projects directly through Builder Prime.

Customers now have the option to finance their projects through builder Prime. In this article, we will provide a detailed guide on how to seamlessly integrate with GreenSky. We will also explain the process of moving your company under the Builder Prime Sponsorship and how to apply GreenSky financing to projects within your account.

How to connect your Builder Prime account to GreenSky

To begin, go to your Admin > Integrations > Financing page to find the GreenSky integration and select "Connect".
 
If you already have an account with GreenSky, you can simply put your merchant ID in the Merchant ID box seen below:
 
 **IMPORTANT** In order for you to integrate with GreenSky through Builder Prime, your Merchant account with GreenSky must be under the Builder Prime sponsorship. To do this, contact GreenSky support and request for them to move your Merchant Account be moved under Builder Prime's sponsorship. This process will not prevent you from using GreenSky outside of Builder Prime, but is necessary for the integration to be completed.
 
If you do not already have a GreenSky account, you can sign up for one by clicking the link on the integration as shown below:
 
 
Signing up through the sponsor link will automatically create your account under the Builder Prime sponsorship.

Setting up your GreenSky settings within Builder Prime

Once you have connected the GreenSky integration to your Builder Prime account, to get started go to your Price Book and you will see a new button for Finance Options
 
Once selected, click on the Import from GreenSky button to add Finance Plans that are available to you under your Merchant Account
 
From this page, select the plans you wish to import and then select Import. Once this is done, they will appear as finance options within your Builder Prime account
 
By clicking on the imported plans, you can see the details of that plan. These details are not editable as they have been imported with information directly from GreenSky.
