We recommend holding onto Client/Lead information for your records if possible, but from time to time a client will request full deletion of their information. Follow the steps below to accomplish this task.
Remove/delete any projects, work orders, meetings, notes, etc for the client
1. To delete Client Projects, follow the instructions in THIS article.
2. Delete Client Meetings by going to the Meetings & Reminders widget on the client page, opening the meetings and clicking the "delete" button.
3. To delete Work Orders, go to the "Work History" Widget on the client profile and open a work order. Simply press delete.
