Google Integration Troubleshooting
Follow the steps below if you're experiencing issues with the Gmail or Google Calendar integrations.
If the Google or Gmail integrations are throwing an error message when scheduling meetings or sending emails, the steps below will help to reset the connection.
- Go into your Google Account (via google.com for example)
- Click the user icon on the Google page - this is usually in the top right corner
- Click "Manage Your Google Account" for the account that's integrated with Builder Prime
- Click "Security" on the left.
- Select "Manage Third-Party Access" for the section with the third-party apps.
- Find Builder Prime in the list and revoke access.
- Return to Builder Prime to reconnect the integration.
- IMPORTANT - Google no longer checks the access boxes by default. Make sure you check the boxes when connecting the integration so Builder Prime has the right permissions for scheduling events and sending emails through the integration.
