This article will show you how to set up blocks on the calendar to easily schedule sales appointments for your team. You'll also be able to use quick schedule to assign sales appointments based on availability during a time frame.
Creating Time Slots
1. Navigate to Admin > Configure > Meetings
2. Scroll down to the Appointment Time Slots Configuration widget.
3. To make the time slot specific to an employee, choose their name in the dropdown. Otherwise the time slot will apply for any sales rep within the company.
4. Choose the start times for each time slot next to the different days of the week.
5. Save any changes.
Scheduling Appointments With the Time Slots
From the Client Record
1. Click the New Meeting button in the Meetings and Reminders widget.
2. Choosing a sales rep's calendar will show the open time slots.
3. Click any time slot to choose the day and time.
4. Save & Close. You may be prompted to attach the assigned employee as the sales person, and you can choose yes to add the employee as the sales person for this client, or you can choose no to leave the sales person blank in the client record.
From the Sales Calendar
1. Open the main sales calendar by clicking Schedule > Sales Calendar from the left menu.
2. The best view to see the time slots will be the "Week (agenda)" view, which can be selected from the options across the top right edge of the calendar.
3. From here, you can click into any open slot to open the meeting form. It will assign the sales person you selected, and you will need to choose the client from the dropdown.
4. Save & Close, and the meeting will be added to the calendar.
