Builder Prime has multiple options for communication with your clients. Read below to learn how to send emails and text messages from the client record.
Client Activity
The Client Activity widget within a client record will allow you to send one-off communications to customers. You can type a custom message or choose from the list of available templates.
Sending Emails
To send an email, click the Email button. Templates are available from a dropdown at the top, or you can type your own custom message.
Sending Text Messages
To send a text message, click the SMS button. This will open a text conversation screen that looks similar to a cellphone's texting screen. You can choose from a template or type your own custom message. You will also have the option to schedule the message to send in the future.
Logging the Activity
Any emails or texts sent from Builder Prime are automatically logged for you within the Client Activity widget. This provides complete visibility and transparency so you know what kind of communication has been sent to the client. Entries will include the type of communication, the date and time the communication was sent, and a description. With emails, the description will be the subject line, and with text messages, it will display the last text message sent or received.
