Add Builder Prime App to a Mobile Device

Builder Prime users can install the mobile app on their phone or tablet using the Add to Home Screen function in Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android).

Once done, the mobile app runs independently of the browser and works as its own app on the device just like if you downloaded it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Here are the instructions if you are using the Safari browser on an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Safari app and navigate to the login page for your admin console, which will be something like: https://mycompany.builderprime.com/admin/login.  Just replace 'mycompany' with the subdomain for your company.
2. Tap the share button, which looks like a box with an up arrow coming out of it.
3. Tap the button for 'Add to Home Screen'.
4. Voila, you now the have Builder Prime app installed on your device!

Here are the instructions if you are using the Chrome browser, which is recommended for Android devices:

1. Open the Chrome app and navigate to the login page for your admin console, which will be something like: https://mycompany.builderprime.com/admin/login.  Just replace 'mycompany' with the subdomain for your company.
2. A banner should pop up asking if you want to add to your home screen, but if not just tap the overflow menu button (looks like 3 vertical dots) towards the top right of the screen.
3. Select the option to 'Add to Home screen'.
4. Voila, you now have the Builder Prime app installed on your device.
